Does anyone have a magnetic gray prius with hood deflector??

I have been waiting to see a magnetic grey with hood deflector myself. I was hoping that someone would have pictures.

Hmmm......maybe it is down to you or I who will be the first???

Hey sandman. Sorry I don't have a pic of one on grey. I ordered one for my silver and I should get it in two days. I was just wondering what you have heard good or bad about the hood deflector? I hope it helps protect against further dings and deep scratches on the front of my hood. My Prius is only 2 1/2 weeks new and the hood looks like it has been on a 2 year road trip. What have you heard about the deflector? Any special precautions in install?

 

Ours is magnetic gray and we are also thinking about purchasing a hood deflector. We will post pictures once we make the purchase.

I will post any change MPG. Right now Im getting 53 in city and 48 on the highway after only 3 tanks using my own calculations. I should have the deflector installed by Thursday evening. Check back in about a week for a new post on the MPG with the deflector installed.

 

I got one coming tomorrow for my 2008 Mag Grey. Will post pics next week.

Hahahaha, I'm considering the same thing on my Mag Grey, so eagerly awaiting pictures also.

 

I am also very interested in how this looks. I have had my Mag Grey prius since August of last year and have accumulated enough minor chips and nicro scratches to consider either a deflector or a black car bra. I have seen a couple of versions of a prius car bra and it does not look half bad on a dark color. Way better than what I expect the front of my car will look like in another year at this rate!

Where did you order the Hood Deflector, can you post link/site?
Does it fit well and non-intrusive?

 

Bought it through Sigma Automotive. $90 + the $30 shipping. Hopefully it shows up and I get time to put it on. Busy weekend coming up.

 

I would like to see the deflector on the gray mag also.
