Birthday present from wife

    The wife got a nice bonus at work and wants to buy me a birthday present. (it was the 16th of april) anyway, what would you get for your Pri? I was thinking about maybe:

    shark fn
    rubber rear bumper strip
    Hood deflector


    any other good stuff I really should have? :decision:

    It would be easier to advise you if you give us a little info...
    What mods do you already have?
    Are you wanting a appearance mod or a performance mod?
    What kind of budget are you looking at?

    If you can stretch to around $160 I'd suggest getting the ScanGauge. This will, by far, be the single thing you could get that will affect your understanding and enjoyment of the car during the entire life of the car.

    If you're staying under $100...
    I'd say the body side mouldings first with the shark fin a close second.

    I like the hood shade and it is a good idea. Its also cheap! Im neutral about the center lid cover just yet.

    Doc, The scan guage is a great idea!!!!!!! :doh:
    is thier a web site or thread that speaks about the operation or placement of it in the Pri?

    I know nothing about it other than it is all kinds of information and I am definately a Type "A" soul! No such thing as Too Much Information to me!

    BTW, there's an entire forum at cleanmpg.com about the scangauge and how to use it to hypermile and set it up and ask questions and such.
