ANOTHER Coastaletech PROBLEM!!

    Wish I had seen this before I ordered from them:

    I ordered the xmradio unit from them and have been trying to cancel the order prior to their shipping the item. They refuse to answer emails and phone call messages left with them.

    Their phone number is 800-507-2234. Answering service takes messages, but they dont call back.

    Why does this forum promote them??????

    My only recourse is going to be to challenge the credit card transaction.

    Unless another forum member is intrested in buying this from me.

    This forum does not promote them. Don't blame your lack of research on this site. There are several of us who've had good experiences, several who've had bad and all are represented here. Don't mistake individual's personal comments as this site promoting. They are not site sponsors, never have been (or if so it was very short lived early in the history of Priuschat).

    wow sorry for your problem.. But your first post out of the box is a complaint? Some might accuse you of being a troll.

    Not me however. I bet if you cancel the cc charges they will call you post haste.

    I agree that they aren't real fast on responding. However they will not charge your CC until they ship your product so canceling the C.C. transaction would not be a good way to get their attention.

    Call me a troll, but if I don't have anything to contribute yet, then I should keep my mouth shut.

    Anyways, I finally did get a hold of Kelly at their office and she said to just sent it back, no problems, they will credit my card as soon as they inspect it.

    It went out on Friday.

    This prius stuff is new for me I only have 211 mile so far.

    It's a shame your first post was a negative one but hey, at least it made you post.
    Have you posted a picture of your prius on the new member thread?
    I hope you have a happy time with your Prius and all the people you deal with in relation to it in future.
