I have read forums about tires and have a lot of questions.
Does Changing the size to 195 affect mileage?

Falken ze 912 seams to be tire if you are not driving in Snow or Ice
Does Falken make any other tire thats good for all season and doesn't affect ride or handling?

What is the best Michelin tire the mdx has been discontinued.

I think that all other things being equal, increasing the tire width from 185 to 195 mm will affect gas mileage ... will probably drop around 2 mpg.

BTW, Consumer Reports tested a 2004 standard Prius with its 185/65/15 Goodyear Integrities, and a 2008 Touring Prius with its 195/55/16 Bridgestone Turenzas, and found that the Touring got 2 mpg less than the standard Prius. I suspect that that 2 mpg drop is all or almost all attributable to the wider 195 mm Touring tires.

Many of us like the HydroEdges for handling. The LX4 may get slightly better fuel economy.

Bottom line of reading all the tire threads on PriusChat: Top of the line of any brand works well.
