    If you're lucky someone might help you out, but for such a big purchase as a car, I'd fork over the 25 bucks and check out the carfax yourself. It looks like there are 14 records on that car, but you don't know if they're bad or good until you pay!

    Any reputable dealer should provide this for you. Actually even a private party seller should do this IMO. I did it when I sold my Matrix and when I purchased my Prius private party my seller was kind enough to have done it for me (but I sucked it up and purchased my own anyway just to be sure).

    Sure would be nice for someone to :help:you out, but I don't have unlimited access either..:sorry: Maybe you might have more success by splitting the cost with another party who is in the same boat:fish2: Carfax is great, but filling the screen with these little smilies is better.:photo: If you wait for a free report, the car will probably be gone by the time you get it. Then, you'll be crying the blues since you didn't shell out $25.:Cry:
