My hov sticker was stolen today!!

    There would be a lot of money to be made if someone has figured out a way to remove HOV stickers without damaging them. Having figured out the method, they would look for Prius since they are distinctive, a rich source of stickers.

    However, I would have thought forging HOV stickers would be less risky and more profitable.

    If you are in CA, you will need to file a police report before you can order replacement stickers. You will also need to remove any remaining stickers and send them in with your application.

    Easy. Just cut the bumper cover out around the sticker with a very sharp knife. Then take the sticker with the bumper cover attached. Trim the cover with a sharp pair of scissors til it's close to the decal.

    These are thieves, folks. They don't particularly care what problems they stick _you_ with.:rant:
