According to Michelin customer service when I spoke to them a few weeks ago, and also local dealers, the Harmony is NOT discontinued. I recommend you try another dealer.

A local dealer tried to get me Harmonys (in last week). The warehouse said there was a backlog of 700+ orders and that the factory usually started a production run when the backlog reached 1000. I have been trying to locate Harmonys since early summer. Coincidentally, my sister who lives in the Washington DC area emailed tonight that Sears is having a sale on Harmonys. Local Sears seemed unfamiliar with Harmonys. Go figure.

    Dorf and Others,

If you're having trouble getting the Michelin Harmony, why not try getting the tire by its other names?

I understand (but I'm not 100 percent certain) that the Michelin Harmony is also known as:

    - Michelin Agility Touring (available at Sears)

    - Michelin Destiny (available at Discount Tire)

    - Michelin X Radial (a club tire available at Costco, Sam's Club, et al)

EDIT: The X Radial is not the same tire. It's similar, but much better according to Consumer Reports.

But it would be good if you or others can confirm this info.

    Good luck.
