I've been getting too worked up over the political and religious arguments here lately, so I'm going to take a break from PriusChat for a while.

Sorry to see you go, Daniel. You're usually one of the more reasonable voices, but we could all use a break now and then. Hopefully a (short?) vacation will refresh you.

I DON'T LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE, AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN ABOUT ARGUMENTS!

Sorry to see you go. I hope you feel better soon and come back to play.

I'll miss your well-reasoned arguments while you're on sabbatical. Hopefully we'll see you back here after 11/4.

To borrow Obama's metaphor for budget cuts, why don't you use a scalpel approach instead and just deregister yourself from Freds House of Politics?

But a full break is always good too.

The alternative is simply not to get yourself worked up.
The world is so full of blindingly bizarre behaviour it can be difficult to move around or even read the newspaper.
Treat it like bird watching or trainspotting or simply keep a list of the strange pod people you are fortunate enough to observe.

    Daniel,

I agree with Boo ... detach from the FHoP forums for awhile and enjoy the other Prius threads. It's easy to get an overload of disagreements and frustrating back-and-forth discussions in some threads, esp FHoP. And I won't be offended if you think I'm a total idiot! I can't hold a candle to most on this board when it comes to the technical aspects of the Prius, so any insights are appreciated.

i think that it is very interesting that Pinto Girl comes back, and Daniel leaves.

Does someone have an alter ego? Hmm?????

Do what I did daniel, and just stop reading the political forum.

I have *really* been enjoying the site since I've started using it as a Prius site again. Too many hotheads in the political forum and it is exasperating I agree.
