hahaha true. Although a 286hp (new SAE) Camry will get to 60mph in 7ish secs... maybe even 6.8 or 6.9 (depending on which magazine you believe).

I mean we even have a 2.4 litre Corolla! You guys would be lucky if they even give you the 1.8 litre. (I think you guys get the 1.6 litre and the 1.4D4-D?)

Do you guys get the 306hp Passat 3.6??

yes the smallest one is the smart fortwo with 1.0 litre and 3 cylinders. The next up are all 1.5 litres of the Yaris, Kia Rio, Hyundai Accent, Pontiac Wave/Chevy Aveo and their respective hatchback versions, the Honda Fit. We just got a 1.6 litre Nissan Versa (formerly only available in 1.8 litre versions)

it is mostly 130kmh, except for germany... BUT, they let you go 160kmh without giving you an ticket in most countries... so thats where my cruise control stays at :p

    we get 1.4, 1.6l petrols and 1.4, 2.0 and 2.2 diesels :)... and soon, 1.33 petrol.

Some people will react to the 1.6l 132hp valvematic with "132hp? thats too much!"

    :)

Hey, I'd take that over the 1.8 litre we have now on the Corolla if it's more fuel efficient (and I take it that it'll be lighter too). Our 1.8 litre is rated at 7.6/5.6L/100km... that's sick. The other compacts are still in the 8s with those equipped with 2.3-2.5 litre engines in the 9s L/100km in the city.

what part are you from? eastern?

most its 120 or 130 and germany is not all unlimited anymore a lot 130 max.

"they let you go 160kmh without giving you an ticket in most countries"
    haha your joking right?
i stil have to find the police officeer that wil not give you a ticket or a radar detector that wil not flash when you speed with 160kmph:eek:
its a matter off time when also your part of EU will be regulated more.

    Yup.

Here in Portugal it's 120 km/h, although the police force very rarely tickets you below 140 km/h.

Then again, don't forget we get inaccurate speedometers here in Europe on purpose... God knows why...
