    You always shoot in RAW format? I wish I had the storage space to do that.



    We still need someone to create the cover image. I would try to make one my self if I had more free time.

    I will extend submissions to Saturday the 20th since with the current submissions it should not take to long to sort out the pictures.

    I think I may nudge a few people I know have some nice pictures to see if they will participate.

    Speaking of various stages of disassembly, that picture of all the Prius parts laid out on the floor would be great in the calendar. Any chance of Toyota giving permission to use that one?

    99% of the time I shoot both raw and jpg. I can then quickly upload the jpgs to flickr, print them, whatever.
    But the raw let's me salvage bad exposures and fine tune shots for high quality prints when I need them.

    Jay, I just assumed you'd select one of the images for the cover photo then embed the text over it...is there something special you want for that shot as you've singled it out?

    Are there any specific months/seasons you're still interested in?

    It can be anything really but what I'm looking for is something more creative than just a picture and some text but if a picture and text is all we have then that's whats its going to be.

    Not really just looking for more of a variety of pictures of anything related to the Prius that can be used in the calendar.

    To embed in a message, the image must be on a web site, and you use the URL. Click the little picture icon (the one with the mountain on it), and put the URL for the picture there.
    If you are uploading from your computer, then the Attach File (paperclip) is the way to go.

    I posted a link to this thread on someone's postings with really, really great photos of his new Prius.
    Naturally, that was at like 1am, so I don't recall who it was... but any one of those would actually make a great cover shot. I hope he sees it, and comes and posts over here...
