"Here here" here. Hope '09 works out better than '08 did.

Very funny, a lot of it went over my head but I got just enough to make me laugh.
I have to admit to paying as much attention to the US election as the average American pays to the Aussie one. Do they have elections in Australia?

Yep, watched the results on BBC. A fellow named Rudd got in, apparently the Labour took a majority

Oh, wait a minute, you're pulling me leg. As usual

I thought the Uncle Jay thing was funny. Since it was mostly true, then it became sad

With the quick slip of O.J. among the happily 'married' I was expecting the encore to show 'em in the gray bar hotel. Yea, quite a year, that 2008 ... less than 90 minutes left out here.

    Ah, got ya Jay!
Although we spell labour as in physical work L.A.B.O.U.R the political party is spelt L.A.B.O.R!
The 2 main parties are the Labor Party and the Liberal Party.

So McCain lost over there, without looking it up, who lost over here?
Don't worry too much, I forgot.

    Oops

I'd guess "B" from the multiple guess above, but since my head feels as if it's about one metre across and slowly pounding, I've sworn off higher brain functions for the rest of the week
