Speaking of funny Family Guy clips, have you had a prostate exam yet? This is pretty much how my first prostate exam went last fall. It didn't help the doctors finger was ICE COLD ... gee-zus!

I wasn't crying like Peter was, but *almost*

 

The part of the prostate exam that really bothers me is when you feel your doctor's hands on your hips.

I told my boss I was going to PCD (without mentioning PCD) and that I would resign if they said no. I still work there. (I think I do, I have been off sick for the last 8 days.) I'm so glad I went, so very glad.

Oh Tom, glad to hear she is at least female. Most New Zealanders aren't so fussy. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

 

Now that's just sick and twisted. You have to draw the line somewhere.

You just had your first prostate exam??? How young are you Jay??? Well, if you think a prostate exam is bad, wait until you get old enough that you have to have a flexible sigmoidoscopy. (I know I spelled that wrong.)

On the other hand, for a couple of years my doctor was the (female) president of my church. Not many people can say the president of their church has... well, I'll just stop there.

They no longer do routine prostate exams here, you have a blood test now and the finger thing only happens if there is an anomaly in the blood test.
