:rockon:I came back from Japan a few weeks ago and brought back this rare blackwood leather factory wheel . I purchased a few last time I was there but only brought back two this time because the guy that makes them requires I pay for a core which he would refund me after I sent back my factory wheel. As you can imagine its a hassle and a expense for me to do this so I just brought back two. One for me and one for some lucky person that wants to buy it. The quality is immaculate and fits 2004-2009 prius models. I had my burlwood pictured installed for only $60 at the local toyota dealer. Im selling the blackwood for $269 exchange for your core + shipping. I only have 1 and dont plan on buying anymore from Japan. Just too much trouble! Sorry but price is firm. Picture were taken at night in low light and dont do the wheel justice! I'll try taking more pics of it during the day for those interested. This color is perfect for the Silver and Dark Met Grey Prius body colors!

Saw your post the first time around on this. I'd be interested. I'm also in San Jose, so we could do the exchange locally.

Did a search on eBay and saw several custom steering wheels like this one for $194.00. They are cheaper and looks the same from the pics (search under, "prius steering wheel")

Looks very cool.....how easy to do steering wheel swapping on our Prius?
Is it easy to take out the airbag module on the steering, where to start?

Go to eBay and put in Prius Steering Wheel in the search box.

    The seller's name is truck-n-van-man

I did the swap myself. It was fairly easy.

Do a search on google and put in "how to remove prius steering wheel".

There were no directions included with the custom steering wheel.
