I love this invention. I constantly drop my keys and loose change out of my pocket all the time down there. I actually thought my car had a design flaw but now seeing this video and product, I realize the car companies are the one with the flaw.

Buying one right away. Kudos to the inventors!

So, the OP may be a Prius owner, but the small surge of brand-new posters who all just happen to LOVE the drop stop, none of which have a filled-out profile, smacks just a bit of trollish behavior.

Can we get a moderator to clean this up? And, shouldn't this be listed under Sales or something?

Hey! I stuffed one in my crack and instantly found my nice person! But my pants don't fit so good anymore. What's up with that?

What a load, why are your keys out of your pocket if you have smart-key and if you don't I'd suggest you don't get so drunk before you drive that you can't hold your keys. (even if you do have SKS on second thoughts)

I've never had the problem. I think freds is the right place for this, is there a jokes sub-tread?

Isn't that in the Kama Sutra? The elbow in butt crack thing I've never been able to properly do unless in a group of three consential adults.

    Re: Coolest Invention Ever?

My DropStop came in and I am very disappointed with it. I got one of the generation II models and nothing on it works! I have been trying on and off all weekend to get it synched up with my car using the Verizon E815 protocol. It erased all my stored numbers and now if I dial *anything*, anything at all, it all phones through to the Buydropstop toll free number and charges another case of the damn things to my credit card. I don't know what I'm going to do with them all.

Also it keeps popping up "Traffic Advisory" messages on the MFD that say I need to go home and sign for another package of something. I tried unplugging it, but it has somehow ursurped communication privileges between the tires and the low pressure warning light, and it flashes it, and beeps, and I had to plug it back in to get the damn thing to shut up again. I tried removing it bodily from the car but now that brings on the airbag and (!) warning lights so I had to put it back.

I have called the manufacturers help line, but I always wind up talking to this guy Rajaghnashamanaprudapraham in Bhangalore who says it is a user error and I just need to reboot and follow the instructions on the hard drive carefully this time. I am very unhappy and will not buy again.:smash: :mad2:

No, you see, the joke is that Kow can't tell his elbow from a hole in the ground. Or something like that.
