Ok, liked my 2004 prius so well that i bought another one today a 2009 deep blue mica...so now we can mothball the truck for the spring and watch gas prices rise...The new one is similar to the old one but no GPS, which is ok, i'll get a garmin.. so now we have to decide whether to drive the old one or new one on vacation this year...a win-win decision...
anyway, i didnt find a thread on multiple prii in a household so i know some of you are out there somewhere...:)

It won't take long for you to find us and us to find you! I replaced a 12 year old Chevy conversion van with a 2007 Prius. A year later my husband's minivan was totaled and we became a two Prius family. We would've bought a third but decided our daughter would be more financially able to swing a less expensive first car. There were no Prius deals to be found last summer when we were looking. It was tough to even find a Prius on a dealer's lot. Too bad we couldn't wait and get in on the current deals. So, what's the record? Does anyone in his/her immediate family have more than 3? 4? 5?

Lol bill, a fleeting thought came into my mind for just a sec that that pic was just a simple photoshop copy-paste-flip trick. Hehe, but very cool to have a set of twins. Is that your house above? Looks like a really nice place to live; I like the tall full height windows.

    Us as well.
We had an 05, then bought a new 07 in Feb 07. Prices and trades were in our favor so we bought another 07 to replace the 05.
    Very happy we did.

Two Prius household checking in. She thought mine was stupid, then drove it a few times. A few months later we had a matching pair. And they said it couldn't be done...

Thanks, everyone, for the compliments on the building. That's my office on the right and my wife's studio on the left. We live in a cedar-shake covered geodesic dome next to this building. A round, organic bump on the earth for living, a steel-glass-plastic cube for work.

    Now, :focus:

I just ordered my second silver Prius (2010, 2008). If the first was great, why shouldn't the second be greater? My wife, who will take the older of the two was skeptical about hers for a few days and is starting to love her own Prius. And when our son finishes the Army in a few years, we may become a three Prius family.:)

My wife and I have a 2006 package #8 and a 2008 package #6 (In CA, those packages are the high-end leather seat/Nav combos, so they are literally the same model, just different years and colors. I've not found any material diffs between them).

Well Donald you're almost right. There's no thread in the Gen III forum ... but there's one in here ... maybe 4 or 5 years back. You'd have to seargh real deep. We're a 2fer, as Bill Merchant calls it, but it's a 2fer hybrid (not Prius) house:

Sometimes ... even tho the Prius holds a ton of stuff, sometimes you need to either carry more junk ... or tow more than a bike trailer ... or (in Ice/Snow) you need AWD.

    Does this still count?
    :p
