    I likes.

Are the lights on the mirror separate, part of the the housing, or part of a replacement for the entire mirror assembly?

The LED mirror is part of the case that ALSO comes with the AUTO folding motors. One needs to also buy the auto fold MODULE to make it work. I got the mirror housing from SIGMAAUTOMOTIVE.COM

Hehehehe, same brand caliper paint I'm sure! I painted my rear drums the same color too. It actually came out great. Nice contrasting color against the Pine Mica.

My Summer wheels are 17 inchers with Nexxen performance tires by Limited Tuner 903's (Player wheels group).

My Winter wheels are from Tirerack.com 15 incher Sport Edition AT.

Were you able to successfully integrate the AUTO fold feature as well?

Indeed.....with yourself and bobc's post......and my next door neighbour, who's a mechanic with excellent auto electrical knowledge, the wiring harness that comes with the kit is grand..unlike the instructions, but i knew that before i got it so no real surprises!!

That's great! Im sure you're loving that feature every time you lock and unlock your car! I do! To this day, I'm just proud of the fact, that people who see the mirrors fold in or out are mesmerized by it. :)

Yeah, and the fact that they're Genuine Toyota parts including the harness the quality is great although i've never seen the E-bay casings[without autofold]so i can't comment there!!
I see the 2010 has them [Europe anyway]but i'll be holding on to my Prius for as long as i can,as a Taxi with 215,000klm the trade in/ resale value would be useless...it's worth more to me and i really love driving it anyway!

Yea, I feel the same way about my 2006. As tempting as it is to buy a 2010 model with all the bells and whistles, I'm so used to tinkering with the 2006, that I pretty much don't want to re-learn how to mod a 2010.

I was talking with the my local Toyota salesperson where i got my 06 new[bejaypers, nearly 3yrs ago]and he told me they'll have a G3 in around August,it seems the European version will come with a lot of stuff as standard including the signal mirrors,we don't get the packages like you do in the US,we have 3 versions,Base,Luxury[mine]and Nav pack,Luxury seems much the same as your Touring but we'll see what's what when the new one arrives!!

I think you did a very nice job. It's all subtle, yet adds flair to the car. The side moldings turned out very nicely. What distance to the bottom of the door did you go with? I need to get a set for my B.R.B and your setup is perfect. I would like to duplicate your results. Did you have to do any / much surface prep, if so what did you do? Any signs of them peeling off? Any tips to pass a long?

I bought my side mouldings from the prius shop and followed the instructions to the letter. The measurements are from the manufacturer's instructions. I used a sewing tape measuring tape and started from the bottom of the doors.

I used the prep wipes provided within the kit to wipe along the width and length of the moulding along the doors (do this with a clean car, or course) and started aligning on the bottom marks that I made. It was pretty easy to do.

I would definitely do this in a well lit area and when the weather is warm. It makes the 3M adhesive tape adhere better.

I would also do a trial run by temporarily applying painters blue tape to the mouldings against your car to see if they are straight and where you want them.
