2007 model with nav. The shop had to replace both headlights, the radiator, the containment system (the thermos thing), the a/c condenser, the whole frontend was bent to the right. (so lots of paint and body work) The problem? Well, they didn't fill the cooling system correctly the 1st time and now I hear a "trickling or gurgling" when I turn it on, and sometimes randomly when turning or as kind of a background noise. Also the headlamps are set to look for satellites. I have been turning right and people have thrown up their arms to shield their retinas from being burnt out of their heads and I can see the top of bridges at 14 feet. They are reconditioned Toyota headlamps. As we do not have Toyota bodyshop it went to a neighborhood shop well recommmended. They are willing to do the job right but I'm not sure they are able to do it correctly. Perhaps there is air in the cooling system or in the containment unit? This my second Prius and hoping to buy the new 2010 model but until then, I want my Pri to be okay!

If they used a toyota repair manual to do the work they can look up how to adjust the headlamps. It's on page L1 81 in my repair manual. That should be all you need.

Any guesses about the trickling/draining noise from the "containment" system? Thanks!
