USB port will be a dealer option.

As for BT - I keep my phone on the charger while in the car, so power suck is a moot point.

I don't believe this has been officially established yet.

My local dealer is unsure and if I'm not mistaken Doug Coleman said to "stand by" he would have some USB info. soon...

So you can't have USB and Satellite radio at the same time? If its the same dealer add on as the rest of the Toyota models? Is that right?

I think this is a great subject to bring up with Doug during tomorrow's Live Chat.

Do the audio controls (play/pause/skip/seek, etc) in the car control the iPod? Can I choose a playlist, shuffle, repeat, etc without using the iPhone controls? Does track info appear on the screen?

    Thanks!

Has anyone had success using this capability? I can't seem to get it to work.

Yes bluetooth streaming works. You have to pair the iphone first as an audio device ("Car Multimedia"), and then as a phone. You now have skip track capability from the steering wheel. Still no playlists, etc. - that's still USB only.

So if I have the iPhone 4 plugged in to the charger in the middle console usb port it will stream through the speakers? Also this video shows it works for iTunes music, how do you get Pandora streaming via bluetooth? I actually don't mind having it wired if it's more reliable. Thanks!

I don't have the UBS port, but yes, it can stream over either the USB wire or wirelessly. Some people insist the USB sounds better, but I don't know how they can possibly tell that, using compressed music files and with all the ambient car noise. The bluetooth streaming has been very reliable in my experience. You can start Pandora on the iphone and have it will play through the car speakers via the bluetooth wireless, assuming you've chosen the BT connection on the radio.
