I bought 2 of these thinking I could use them on both sides of the MFD, However, they should be described as "Center Left" instead of just center as the mount is really designed to fit only to the left side of the MFD. So I have a slightly used one available if anyone wants it to mount various audio/electronics.

Where did you get it? When I contacted Proclip, they said they don't make one for the right side vent. Do you have the part number? The one I have is part number 853437

I found the RHD version part number. It is 653437. Looks like I may have to order it from the U.K.

Is that what you want? Won't it face the passenger seat (in the US/driver's seat in UK)? Don't you want it to face the (US) driver's seat?

The "Center" mounts aren't angled themselves; you use a tilt/swivel mount between them and the device mount. My setups (both Prius and Miata) are this: Vehicle mounts with female Move Clip attached. Device mounts with tilt/swivel (if not part of device mount) and male Move Clip.

Interesting. Don't know if you can tell, but my mount is clearly designed to face the driver's side. While I can swivel the Proclip to some degree, it's not ideal unless facing the driver.

Mine is flat and relies on the swivel to make the device face the driver. It is mounted on the right of the MFD. The one for the left side of the MFD is called an angle mount because it is angled to the right.

I think I've come up with a solution that won't entail buying anything new. My devices use Move Clips to mount to a horizontal extension plate attached to the Miata Vehicle mount. What I may do is to attach a male Move Clip to the extension plate and a female Move Clip to the Miata Vehicle mount as is on the Prius Vehicle mount. Then rather that moving the device mounts individually, I can move them as a unit on the extension plate.

Ok, it won't work for various reasons. If I mount the GPS to the left and the MyFi to the right on the plate, I can't connect the Traffic Warning antenna to the GPS. If I reverse the positioning, the MyFi and its associated cabling block the Power Button. Looks like I'll have to get the ProClip Left mount that goes next to the vent on the left of the dash.

I have a Proclip left center mount for the 2006 Prius which I can no longer use. It's in good condition, and I'm willing to sell it very reasonably for anyone who is interested. It can be used for a satellite radio, iPod, iPhone, etc. However, you will need to have the base for whatever you plan to attach, as this has only the clip and the flat piece that you attach the device holder to. If you are interested, let me know. Thanks.
