For those still interested in EESTOR, the following is from United States Patent and Trademark Office to EESTOR:

    US Serial No: 77351321
    20-Jan-2009 Notice of Allowance

    Link

    ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 6 MONTH DEADLINE **

You filed the trademark application identified below based upon a bona fide intention to use the mark in commerce. You must use the mark in commerce and file a Statement of Use (a.k.a. Allegation of Use) before the USPTO will register the mark. You have six (6) MONTHS from the ISSUE DATE of this Notice of Allowance (NOA) to file either a Statement of Use, or if you are not yet using the mark in commerce, a Request for Extension of Time to File a Statement of use ("Extension Request"). If you file an extension request, you must continue to file a new request every six months until the Statement of Use is filed. Applicant may file a total of five (5) extension requests. FAILURE TO FILE A REQUIRED DOCUMENT DURING THE APPROPRIATE TIME PERIOD WILL RESULT IN THE ABANDONMENT OF YOUR APPLICATION.
Please note that both the "Statement of Use " and "Extension Request" have many legal requirements including fees. Therefore, we encourage use of the USPTO forms, available online at http://www.uspto.gov/teas/index.html (under "File a PRE-registration form"), to avoid the possible omission of important information. Please note that the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) provides line-by-line help instructions for completing the Extension Request or Statement of Use forms online. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may call 1-800-786-9199 to request the printed form(s).

The following information should be reviewed for accuracy:

    SERIAL NUMBER: 77/351321
    MARK: EESTOR (STANDARD CHARACTER MARK)
    OWNER: EEStor, Inc
    1404 Wesson Cove
    Cedar Park , TEXAS 78613

This application has the following bases, but not necessarily for all listed goods/services:
Section 1(a): NO Section 1(b): YES Section 44(e): NO
    GOODS/SERVICES BY INTERNATIONAL CLASS

009 - Capacitors; Batteries; Electric storage batteries; DC/AC power converters; Electrical power distribution blocks; Power supplies -- FIRST USE DATE: NONE; -- USE IN COMMERCE DATE: NONE

Before people get their panties in a bunch... that's a TRADEMARK related notification.

Meaning, they need to have the trademark "EESTOR" on a marketable product, or they could lose the trademark protection of that name.

Doesn't really have anything to do with their technology, or when it is produced.

Not to mention that they can make up to five extension requests. No hurry (although I wish there was).

    What Fray and reestom said.

It just means they have to keep applying for extensions until they actually put their trademark on a product or decide to fold up shop. And if they fail to, it just means they have to re-apply for a name for their product. Assuming they ever actually market a product.

    Hardly important or even newsworthy.

As expected EESTor applied for an "Extension Request" and was approved by the USPTO,
    ITU Unit Action
EESTor has not used the trademark in commerce, I wonder why?
Could it be they have no product (EESU) to sell?
EESTor is allowed 4 more 6 month extensions.
Get ready for more hyped press releases and milestone claims by EESTOR/Zenn.
I believe the shit will hit the fan by end of this year for EESCAM and Zenn. The bottom line is there will be NO EESU powering a CityZenn. Maybe a can opener :).

    What is your point Fibb?

Because Dick Weir showed a congressman a production line which has not produced anything the last 5 years, and the congressman is impressed with the green and red lights, EESCAM must be real. You should purchase Madoff Securities. Madoff has connection with the SEC.

BTW-Why hasn't Dick Weir/EEStor shown the product that the congressman claims "will change the entire automotive industry" to independent 3 party SME's to verify EESCAMS claims?

There is no "by the end of September" deadline and you know it.

So you clearly intend to hold on to the belief the Dick is an intentional scam artist and is trying to defraud the DOE and several senior politicians?

A rich many already, who is into his 70s, you must think Dick is simply insane to try to commit economic suicide in this way.

Q&A with Ian Clifford CEO of Zenn Motors: EEStor to Publicly Prove its Technology Imminently

    Lyle:
"As an owner and investor, do you go to EEStor’s facilities and see prototypes?"
    Ian Clifford:
"We are in their facility frequently. We see their progress on a regular basis. We had our own independent third party verification of the permittivity result. We retested all the materials, re-calibrated all the equipment, did a very exhaustive re-verification as it was a significant trigger for us. And a few weeks ago EEStor made the public statement that they anticipate having at-voltage components verified independently by September of this year and deliver of production prototype EESU to us by then end of 2009. That’s directly from EEStor. They made that statement very recently, so it’s very very exciting progress."

So Fibb, is Ian Clifford lying?

verified independently by September of this year and delivery of an EESU by end of 2009 are completely different things. You can't read your own posts.

Ian Clifford: "having at-voltage components verified independently by September of this year"

End of September Ian Clifford is expecting EESTor verifying independently at voltage components. If there is no public announcement from Ian Clifford of the success of at voltage compenents, then that would indicate EEStor has failed.
I know where you guys Baghead, Enema are coming from...you don't want to call Ian Clifford's "by September of this year" statement a deadline because you know EESCAM is not going to meet the deadline.
I'm not going to waste anymore time with you Fibb. Go post your BS on Baghead's site so Baghead and all the believers can kiss your behind.

    Your words:
"EESCAM to deliver EESU to Zenn" does not equal "having at-voltage components verified independently by September of this year"

“[ZENN president Ian Clifford] He is confident that EEStor will pull the wraps of their mysterious "battery" very soon; his exact word was "imminent" and that I could, in fact, hold my breath for their announcement. "(Bill Moore, EV World, November 29, 2006) Link

My take is that they never have a prototype that will work more than a few charging and discharging cycles before it fails. That means they will never have a product to sell.

    Me too...

If true, and the production can be scaled up... things WILL change... if however, it continues to be a money hole... well... then you have to pose the question of when do you stop funding what may well be just another kind of ENRON broker...

I don't think EEStor can be compared to Enron. Enron just bought and sold energy, cooked its books, and defrauded investors and consumers. EEStor, if it is legitimate, is manufacturing a product. If not legitimate, it is defrauding investors, but not consumers.
