Yesterday I purchased a 2007 base model Prius from the Napa dealership. I'm really happy with my purchase and look forward to learning more about the Prius. The only thing I need to figure out still is a good solution for an iPod. I have an FM transmitter, but the power outlets are not in as ideal a location as my old Sebring.

There is another 12v outlet in the center console. It should be there unless it doesn't come with base models.

Before I got my iPod integrator I used one of the cup holder transmitters and it worked well with either plug.

Problem solved. The dealership recommended a great audio shop next door. I had an Alpine iDA-X305 with bluetooth installed, which allows me to navigate through my iPod on a new stereo deck in the center console to replace the OEM CD player and radio.
