I think we had a cat pic thread a long time ago, but everybody posted their kitty pics and the thread went the way of all threads, down down down in the thread list.

My car doesn't have a catalytic converter. :cheer2: :cheer2:
(The stinker does, but the responsible cars don't.)

Well, that was interesting. I typed in a fictitious URL from the top of my head, but it turned out to be very real. It was related to, ah, furry little kittens of a very adult nature. The BBS software did its magic with the link, and the next thing you know I had made hyo's day. I'm lucky the mods were in a tolerant mood and merely removed the link. :redface:

I once wanted to check out something on eBay. But I was typing fast, and I make lots of typing errors (I proofread my posts twice before posting here, and I still sometimes make mistakes.) Anyway, I got one letter wrong, and the resulting web page was an "adult" site. Meaning it had pictures of adults without clothes on, doing things that adults sometimes do but which our prudish society objects to being shown.

How can you name a cat "Doc"? Cats should be named Fluffy or Puff or Popocatepetl.

 

No mystery to the link. We were talking about cats, so I used this link to be funny (substitute for the dots): www-pussy-com. Since i didn't insert it as a link, I thought the BBS software would leave it alone and it would simply look funny, and an obvious adult play on words. Well, the BBS software is too damned smart, and it turned it into a link anyway, and as you can imagine, someone is using that URL for non-feline purposes. The link was there in all of its descriptive glory. I should have looked more closely after I posted.
