Fog lights are standard on the 2010 Prius V [1229].
Fog lights are not available in any other configuration.
Can I install [retrofit] fog lights on a 2010 Prius IV [1227]?
If yes, can you estimate the cost?
    Thank you.

[Opinion: I have never liked blanks on instrument panels where there would otherwise be optional buttons. I do not like the rubber “blanks†in place of the fog lights. I do not “need†the fog lights. However, I do not like the rubber circles in place of the fog lights.]

I totally agree with you. Find a way to get fog lamps on a package IV and a 2010 will be in my garage.

I just traded my 07 for a 2010 Prius II. I purchased the Bling lights flog lamps and was wonderning what I should use the cut the plastic where the fog lamps will be installed? I also replaced the factory rims and tires, what would be the best way to sell the rims and tires that come on the car? Craigslist??

Oh, dear. This has been covered in other threads. I tried Blinglights and came to the conclusions 1) they dont fit; 2) you need to buy the two foglight moldings from Toyota to replace the plastic, and 3) you need, until there's a new answer, to buy the Prius V fogs from your dealer.
