    It's been going this far, why not put on the 24" DUB wheels too?
    Still, lowering a high-ground vehicle is just lame....

    Assuming nutterish is good, explain why a lowered H2 is more nutterish than a normal standard H2. It would seem to be the opposite of nutterish to me. But that's just my opinion.

    I think "nutterish" is supposed to mean stupid, as in "nutty" in the negative sense. In which case I agree with the OP: A Hummer is really stupid, since it is less capable as an off-road vehicle and takes more gas than cheaper large SUVs. And in town it serves no purpose at all and is harder to park.
