    Honestly, I don't know if pictures help me or hurt me. In the 2009's I knew I wanted Magnetic Grey. But I can't tell on the 2010's. From what few pictures I've seen the Grey seems significantly different. Just a lot flatter, which isn't necessarily bad. But I think I've just got to see some of these colors in reality. Photo's just confuse the issue. Every good photo of any color has me changing my mind right now.

    I was definitely in that boat as well ... Winter Gray was one of the 3 colors I was deciding on for quite a while (Blizzard Pearl, Black the other two) and when I saw a Pkg V in Winter Gray is person it looked REALLY sharp and especially with the Misty Gray interior ... the blue on the Toyota badges looked decent with it as well. I just couldn't quite pull the trigger on it though. It's a very deep gray without any sparkle.

    Did you see the pics in the Winter Gray thread? I took some when I was at the dealership.

    Husker, I don't think you've thought through your color choices nearly long enough. Maybe you should give it another month or so. ;) You sure you really want to be out in the middle of the cornfields in a Nebraska blizzard, in your "blizzard" pearl car?! :D Give Big Red a chance! (FYI, I grew up in Omaha).

    Danny, when you say that Winter Grey is "flatter" than Magnetic Grey, what do you mean by that? Is there less metallic sparkle? I think it looks very sharp in the picture, dark and glossy, almost like a blue-black.

    It is a very sharp color, but I guess when I say flat I mean that it lacks that dimension that the metallic flecks gave the Magnetic Grey.

    Danny, have you seen the Blizzard in person? Beth refers to it as a satin white vs. just Super White. There's no way I was going to get plain white either, but the Blizzard Pearl is more than just a white. $220 more in fact ;)

    I does look flatter to me. I have it and it doesn't sparkle like the magnetic gray...less metallic flakes.

    Someone at work today was on the fence in terms of a Honda vs. Toyota. I think they fell in love with my new Prius, and the beautiful Blizzard Pearl!

    I'm loving the car, all except the steering, but I'll adjust. I found out why I the battery wasn't charging. I had it set to a different screen and today I drove quite a lot and put it so I could see all the little arrows. I guess I'm driving on electric quite a bit when I'm not on hills, it shows the arrows going from the battery only.
    I got it up to 40 something mph before the red arrows came on. :cool:
    I guess that's why it drains down to about half then charges coasting down hills.
    Great Fun! I hope you both get yours soon. :rockon:
