My great SC governor goes missing for 4 days

Perhaps the next time he goes anwhere it will be to accompany our frequently MIA ex-Illinois governor, Blagoevitch.

 

New York's ex-governor would also escape his security detail from time to time. I think he was doing some expensive research.

 

As our benevolent dictator, he (Danny) has the power to do what ever he wants on PC ... kind of like his own Governor in their state ... only not quite that bad ... usually

 

I disagree... Blago was kicked out... the other fella just took a time-out on his own...

 

Now the guv says he was in Argentina. The plot thickens!

 

I like the story that he was on the Appalachian Trail. Someone must have told him to take a hike - and he did! How often does that happen in politics?

 

Maybe he and Limbaugh went to Argentina with a pocketful of money to have some good times with the locals.

The news conference followed days of speculation surrounding his whereabouts. Sanford's staff had said the governor was hiking in the Appalachian Trail, but Sanford was spotted Wednesday in Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The South Carolina governor instead had been in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Sanford also said Wednesday he was resigning as chairman of the Republican Governors Association.

He apologized to his wife, children and staff and asked for forgiveness.

Mewdonna has no problems hearing a can opener.

Why the name? She's pale, athletic, and has an attitude. Oh, with the other cats makes frequent use of the F-word.
