There is now a tremendous number of mods to wade through.
Its hard to know which ones are worth doing verses those that seemed exciting at the time but now that the luster has worn off, they are rarely used.

Out of all the mods you have ever done, which is your most "favorite" that you would recommend to someone else as being useful and that you would definitely do again if you purchased a new Prius?

    -------------
So far, I think I use my "nav speed sensor being switched" more than any other mod.
I love being able to simply flip a switch and I have full access to my nav panel while driving and moving... once my settings are done, I flip the switch back and the dead reckoning engages again and everything works normal.

Changing out the cloth interior in my 2006 II with the Bartlett leather interior really made the car. Next would be the stereo mods, followed by the tint. The leather actually cost less than the tint! AMAZING!

many don't like leather.. especially down south in the humid states...... I don't have that problem as it seem it "never" rains here in central texas and when it does... hold on!.....

Leather is my final choice!..... years later, it still looks brand new and within seconds adapts to your body temp... no complaints here on leather!

Well, let's see. It isn't the stiffening plate. :)

Tough call, really. Tint is huge. Lumbar support is huge. LED lighting is huge. Rack feet is huge. Tow hitch is huge. Heated seats is huge (though not today!). Jeez. I don't know. I may have to go with tint just because I know I'll never own a car without it. But that's boring. Tint is so generic.

I'm gonna say my 500 hp turbo mod that increased my gas mileage to 122 mpg.

Every mod I have done to my car is my favorite. The Hymotion battery is at the top of the list.

Probably the first mod I did - the EV mod. If you know how/when to use it, it can be useful. You don't use it on a daily basis but it's there if you need it.

Well my stereo upgrade would be #1

If stereo stuff doesn't count then I would say my Weathertech floor liners. They are awesome and keep my car much cleaner in the winter! All the water and such that collects in them would normally sink into the carpet. Yuck!

I'd have to say using sound deadening material (B-Quiet) on the doors and trunk areas- made a huge difference. Second to that....swapping out the tires..

CAN-View is number one. Since that's not available anymore except for a PHEV Prius, number two is the EV button.

    In order of "favorite":

    1. Speed Sensor Defeat. It's used a lot.
    2. Sound deadening and stereo upgrade.
    3. Tinted tails and mooncaps

First thing I always get first for all my cars, car seat covers. But as far as a mod, tinting for the windows

I really like the wheelskins leather steering wheel. It's one of the most 'tangible' differences I can always feel when I'm driving the car. It makes the steering wheel a little thicker (which is great, because it needs that) and is comfortable to the touch. :)

I'd have to go with the lowering springs. No more body roll, and it looks nicer with the front wheel gap gone.

    Hi All,

Favorite is the flush hub caps. Most effective tie between Mycanscan and BT Tech Plate.
