That's what my wife would say as well.
It reminds me of when the Clinton affair was boiling, some member of congress (can't remember who he was), made the statement something like: "If I did that, I'd wake up in a pool of blood with my wife standing over me, holding a gun and saying how do I reload this thing"

 

Is this hypocritical or what? Especially when as a U.S. Congressman, Sanford cited 'moral legitimacy' in voting for Bill Clinton's impeachment.... Can he spell r-e-s-i-g-n? There is another word that his wife may be spelling: d-i-v-o-r-c-e....

 

The obvious question is: What was he thinking?

This is political sucide.

His next gig may be with Gov Blago (if he's not in prison)
