I hope I stopped the silliness before it spread.
    See thread on FHOPancakes.

If it wasn't a PC-wide spam - apologies. Perhaps just an overzealous employee?

One PM and you turn into an attack dog. I think your comment above is not only untrue, but an extreme over-reaction to an unwanted PM.

BTW posting the same message twice under two different topics is probably a violation also, so I guess your glass house probably has a broken window now.

    Re: Spamming !?!

Hold up Mark, (I am in no way affiliated with Enginer or its company!!)

I am simply a customer who is finally happy with a plug in conversion that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg or a hack job in the back yard. I can tell you are not interested or you are competitor.

Otherwise, stay off this thread which is for those of us CONSUMERS who are interested in the Enginer PHEV conversion pack, so now we can plug-in and spread the good news!!!

    PEACE OUT!!

    JOANNA

Hey kammssss , and everyone else.

I will install myself, but am not certified. I live in Hershey, PA and I'm an Electrical Controls Engineer. This seems like it could be a business possibility for me also. I'm looking at it that way.

I will also provide data on the install equipment to Jack.

    Just ordered mine this morning.

I want to add that Jack did respond to me promptly, but I checked the wrong email. Duhhhh.........

"2O YEARS AGO, I COULDN'T EVEN SPELL ENGINER."
    "NOW I ARE ONE!!!"

    ias513,
I am just up the road a ways, I am interested in getting one also and I think I can do it myself so let us know how your install went.
    Thanks,

Attack dog, like that one :D

Can't call it spam if only 1 recipient  but still, a new user PM's me, only 10 posts in total, and clearly affiliated with Enginer PHEV.

How about hungry dog? I had posted just before leaving for lunch...

[EDIT: There ARE rules on PC governing PM's, and I feel chenyj went too far for publicity.]

    Hey guys,

Did you know that if you order the 4KW system, there is a 10% tax rebate/incentive out there for converting? Just thought I would share as this pays a few hundred dollars of the different between the 2KW and 4KW. Why not get more capacity!!!!:0

I was just about to order the 2kwh. I'm retired and don't drive that much, but it would be nice to have it when I go out of town. Where can I find info on this rebate/incentive program. thanks

In Prius gen II (2004/2009) exclusive EV mode is under 34MPH, is it there any other that I do not know?.....also
The Enginer equipment is provided with batteries "balancer" featuring a voltage mismatch with an audible alarm and NOT a BMS, it is a BIG difference in its application.

Confirmed, it will be a 10% credit.
".....10% credit for plug-in conversions up to $4,000 ($40,000 conversion value), tax credit also available until December 31, 2011. This applies to both PHEV conversions and ICE to EV conversions. IRS will set exact rules....."
