    What percentage of development cost is promotion for this car?
    Who heard of Prius before it was released onto the market?
    What ever happened to keeping your cards close to your chest in the automotive industry? Is that suddenly a bad idea? How many years have we been hearing about the development of the Volt?

    I hadn't heard much about the HyCam except what I read here. I didn't know much about the Fusion Hybrid until I drove one and still haven't seen a single ad for the Milan Hybrid, which I drove. All of which are really nice cars that deliver on their promise. And now Nissan's going to start selling a 100-mile range EV with no pre-production hoopla?

    I've always believed that if you have a good product you should sell it. If you don't, market it.
