I see no reason they should not fit.

I would LOVE to have a set of those wheels. I wonder if dealers are still selling them?

found out, a bit too small... they are designed for 195-55R16 tires and Tire rack recommends bigger 16" tires... 205-55R16....

The tires are specific to the wheel, not the car. According to tirerack.com both the 2010 Prius and the 2007 Touring Prius have the same wheel specifications:

    Offset: +38mm
    Backspacing: 5.27"
    Bolt Pattern: 5-100

Assuming that the information on Tire Rack is correct, yes, the Touring wheels should fit the 3rd gen Prius.

I put the wheels (& tires) from my 2008 Prius Touring on my wife's 2013 Prius Tow (and vice versa). There is a slight height difference, but both cars have more accurate speedometer readings than before (comparing to Waze avg speeds).

I'm trying to get the Prius Two to ride as smoothly as the Touring - wondering if the struts are better on the Touring?

The 195 tires might have lower load capacity than the 205s. It could be worth looking up. It also may be possible to mount the slightly wider tires on the Touring wheels.
