What Ken said ;). I usually shift to N and go to calipers around 7kph. I find that to be about the time that the amp meter reads that the energy is flowing out rather than in.

Be aware that you have to know the context of this statement. It can increase regen if you're a new Prius driver or one that is too cautious on the brake pedal (i.e not utilising full regen capabilities with the brake pedal).

I used this method to find out how much force to apply to the brake pedal to get close to max regen. Once I figured that out, I no longer use B as I know how much to depress the brake pedal to get to that threshold.

    Yes . . . shift ... without the 'f' ... you gotta laugh :p

It's like the "Black Angus" Steak House restaurant franchise ... make certain the letter 'G' never burns out on their signage.

    :focus:

Anyway ... I've always used under 20mph for my 'B' regen point ... and 6mph for calipers just by the 'touchy-feely' of it. Guess I wasn't too far off!

Huh. Since I rarely drive more than 21 mph, I'll have to give it a try. Of course, since my driving is mostly stop and go (or, more accurately, stop stop stop stop go for about 30 seconds stop stop) it probably won't make much a difference.
