    Yeah, but the Jeep was modified to run under water by moving its air intake up to the top of the windshield. :D

    Well that was stupid. But as it got closer I noticed that it seemed to be displacing a lot of the water as it moved. So I'm hoping it wasn't as bad as it looked. ....but it was still stupid. No way I'd do that.

    It could easily have been an issue of not realizing how deep the puddle was and backing out meant stopping and letting the displaced water flood the car.

    If he had a snorkle kit installed and his tailpipe extended up, who knows how deep the car would be able to go. :D

    We see this all the time back in the Philippines where the streets would flood past your crotch during the moonson season.

    Anyway, no way I'll drive an expensive car like an NSX through the flood. :eek:
