I saw this on another forum (FitFreak.com) and thought it was a good idea and would be interesting to see what people posted here.

Just fill in whatever you done to your Prius today. If its a modification, washed it, drove, anything... just chime in. Could be a fun thread to see people's progress/activity.

To start things off, I installed wheel center caps (P/N #42603-52020) on the car today. Bought them at the dealership for C$14.96@ plus taxes. Here's a photo of my mod. ;)

So far, unplugged the engine block heater and drove in to work. Boosted tank mileage a little from 62.1 to 62.4.

I don't have a fit. (Well, unless my blood sugar gets low.) Drove my Prius to work and came to the realization that I get better MPG if I just drive it normally than if I try to get better MPG.

Installed upgrade parking lamps - to Osram Xenon W5W. Were billed as brighter than OEM standard bulbs. I sometimes use the parking lights as DRLs and wanted them brighter. So, replaced, and are in fact brighter... but not by a whole lot, perhaps 25%.

The passenger side required taking some of the air intake assembly off for access to reach into the lamp socket.
Afforded me an opportunity to look around the Engine compartment. Toyota did a great job - impressive engineering / quality / manufacturing / assembly. Good stuff under the bonnet...

I really need to get an electric leaf blower so I don't have to towel down the whole car... Back to topic though.

is that each or for all 4?? That seems reasonable.

I just drove around today. Enjoyed the cooler air with the moonroof opened and listening to satellite radio.

My wife took my Prius to bring me back home from the hospital !

I woke up at 1h30 during night with renal colic ! Very painful !!!
I've been drove to the hospital and got a shot of "DEMEROL" (What a nice drug !)" Thanks to the Chemist that created it ! Finally the stone has been removed and I was back home 12 hours later (Thanks to the Prius!).

Used some Griot's Garage window cleaner on the glass, and some interior cleaner and leather care on the driver's seat, then dropped off some recycling at the county landfill and went to the gym.
