      Very easily.....

      in the serial number:
      Digits 7-11 match the last half of the battery model number
      Digit 12 and 13 are the year (13=2013)
      Digit 14=month (5=May)
      next 2 digits = day of month (23)

      That battery was built 5/23/2013.

      That seller has a battery from a 2013 they're selling as a 2016
