i have a question about this too of course. you did this yourself as well, right? i want to wrap my hood, what did you find to be the best method for such a large area? i have the felt squeegie that i've seen the shops use online. they just make it look so d..n easy! thanks for any feedback.

Pull the backing off the sheet as your work the vinyl onto the hood. i.e. don't pull the entire backing off the sheet of vinyl or you will be fighting to keep it from sticking together... since it's such a large sheet. Other than that it should be easier than the side mirrors since there aren't any drastic curves to deal with.
