Do larger rims decrease your mpg's?

No.... I have a V with 17s and I get the mpg listed on the window sticker plus.

I have a V as well, and think the 17" OEM wheels look great. These are an improvement pver the wheels on the other Prius models, but I'd never replace the stock wheels on the V as you have.
