How are the bulbs, do they blink normally or are they fast blinking?

The bulbs are bright, and they are instant on and off. The hyper-blink is a result of the turn signal relay, not the LED bulb. I have the tap-turn signal relay that is LED ready, so I do not have hyper-blink. The only thing is, if you note the length of the bulb compared to the LED bulb, you see the LED is about 3/4" - 1" taller. This means the reflector in the lamp housing does not reflect the LED light as well as the bulb filament does. At night and rainy days they are bright. In bright sunlight, they are harder to see than the bulbs. Yellow LED have the Yellow Base. I put the white tape on it because I did not want the reflector to show any yellow. I also got the white CREE backup LEDs installed for backup lights. These were a lot more expensive than bulbs, about $18 each. I was going to do a big write-up on it, but did not.
