? how long did it take you to get that part I'm still waiting for it and another part also and ? did you have any issue's with it not sticking and dose it stay on during a carw wash ?

It didn't take long to receive the rear bumper guard, I think about a week. I followed suggestions of others on this website and added automotive tape to the sides. The part is attached pretty well; but on the left side vertical edge, it isn't sticking down completely, probably because my fingers touched the adhesive there. There is a very small gap, maybe about a millimeter.

When I had the side moldings put on professionally, I asked them if there was anything I could do about the left edge of the rear bumper guard. They advised me not to do anything. If it starts coming off, then I should try to redo it...but they thought it was ok and should last. I haven't had a carwash with it yet, but they didn't think it would be a problem. They said if I pull the part off and start over again, there is a slight risk of the paint coming off the bumper, and therefore a much worse problem to fix!
