This is the actual battery box for the PICC system. It goes down into the tire well. The green box you see to the right is the 12v battery tender for charging the 12v battery. Usually this goes right next to the charger (right behind the rear seats) and isn't visible, but I chose to keep mine out so I could watch the LEDs on it.
