The Cheap Skate is a slightly modded 1995 Plymouth Neon with the base SOHC 2.0 motor. The car uses a slightly bigger TB off of a simular model that uses the automatic transmission, CAI, better flowing cat, and a cheap muffler for a V8 Camaro. This car is another daily drivwer that gets 46 mpg best at 55-60 mph compared to the 38 mpg EPA rating. Decals are on magnetic sheeting.
