One Person Company Registration

A One Person Company is a company with a single person who can act as director as well as shareholder. It is a new form of business introduced by the Companies Act 2013, thereby enabling Entrepreneur carrying on the business in the sole proprietor can enter into a corporate framework.

    • It must have a minimum of one director, the sole shareholder can himself be the sole Director.
