   I just went ahead and bought a new line. This thread is stuck in there good. I got a flared wrench set as well to see if it'll pull out, but I am not counting on it. I did try with a vise grip...

   Yeah and you've rounded off the flat the part wrench goes on on top of assy . Knipex pliers to remove . Wire brush to threads FLush threads w brake fluid install newer line . Napa or used car ....

   It's a brake pump actuator on a 2005 Toyota Prius with a seized brake line nut.
