Only have a bicycle with baskets now, looking to jump ships. Haven't bought a car yet though.

Would prefer a white Gen2 Prius with ivory/brown (tan) interior. Hi miles 2004 is fine with me, but bank loan requires at least a 2006 model year with less than 100k miles.

Then i want a Plug-in Supply 6kwh PHEV conversion with an extra (faster) charging port (in addition to the stock 110VAC port). In the USA, as of 2013, the standard fast-charge port is SAE J1772-2009 (240vac, split phase, 30a, 7.2kw). Hopefully, this will charge the car in an hour. Not sure yet where to put the extra charger box inside the car. I plan to build a charging station at home for the this charger, but usually use the slower charger for battery longevity.

Hopefully bank will loan me the money to have all this done for me--maybe at the same place that i buy the car (eg Hybrid Auto Center in Las Vegas, Nevada). I will be sharing the car with an adult who will pay for the conversion.

I will also be sharing this car with two teenagers--one will buy a E85 piggyback device which keeps the fuel injectors open longer when running on ethanol. The other will buy a rigid 250 watt solar panel which i will attach to a roof rack. Neither of these $500 items will pay for themselves, and the solar panel will reduce freeway milage due to air drag, but mostly we will be city driving, no regular commutes, and here it's the thought and example that counts.

Finally, i plan to buy a 1kw 12VDC to 110VAC inverter. Don't really know where i will put that inverter yet. I might just attach it when necesary to the 12volt battery system with a quick connect connector.

Feel free to send me a personal message with amy feedback.
