      I don't even have 5000 miles on my car. I use to get 13.5 miles also. Now I only get 9.1 and sometimes 9.0. I took it to Toyota dealer and they said that there is nothing wrong with my car. The car battery and charging system is normal. So I contacted Toyota headquarters. Toyota disallowed any refund for the low miles. They said there is nothing wrong with the car.
