2004 prius blower fan stopped

    Yesterday my blower fan stopped working. The A/C Auto icon and airflow icon still showed up on the dash screen. No matter that I lowered the called for temperature and pushed the blower buttons on the screen.

    Today I started up the car and the blower kicked on. This is after I checked to make sure the fuse was ok.

    Any idea what problem may be lurking?

    Sounds like either the air conditioning ECU or the blower motor controller is flaky.

    Or the fuse was loose before you checked it.
