I have the 2005 prius, no sat or nav but I do hae the 6 disc changer. if I install say wither the DICE or Parrot device will I need to disconnect the 6 disc changer or are there enough ports?

Also if I do remove the 6 disc changer and wanted to install that small storage box insert what would I search for. Does it have a specific name? I'd rather not have an open hole there or a disconnected cd changer.

    Thanks!

I have recently installed a DICE (I-Toyota-R/5V). If it does require you to disconnect the 6 disc changer, it provides a pass-through port for it. You can then configure your DICE to emulate a MD changer or SAT radio.

You should be able to retain functionality of your 6 disc changer. Although I doubt you would continue to use it after getting the DICE installed :)

yeah i'm assuming i'd get rid of it, but I want to have that extra storage shelf in it's place. what's that called?

Also I think I might go with the Parrot MKi9100 since it does ipod and phone bluetooth, anyone have experience with that system or opinions?
