    Got 0 w20 in the car today
    She said they were going to change the oil filter also( i thought that would be a given)
    I almost bit my tongue off trying not to say anything

    Toyota Escondido CA Service Manger is an Idiot
    He argued with me of a Factory Paint issue which was evident that the Finger Prints imbedded Below the Clear Coat were of a factory or in-transit mishap, The Poway Toyota dealership were great and they gave me perfect advise on how to handle with Toyota approved Body Shop.
