    I would think that since Toyota dealers are very limited in what cars are available for sale to the public AND since they will probably fix all the cars on the street before they get to the stock, they might need to make as much money as they can on the few models that are still available.

    I bet they are not really dealing on the Prius, probably not as much as they were at the end of December.

    But it sure doesn't cost anything to look and ask.

    AAA reports a IV Solar MSRP is $31230 with invoice at $29175. The member price is $28775.

    February's increase in price was discussed here for many weeks and has nothing to do with possible defects or recalls.

    If you are not going to be comfortable with the transition from regenerative to friction braking then don't buy a hybrid--ANY HYBRID. Go buy an Accord for under invoice.
