Can someone please help!!! I bought a 2005 prius wrecked in the front. It wasn't a bad accident, no air bags were deployed. I have replaced all damaged parts, and have everything wired in except for the headlights and the coolant storage tank . No wiring was damadged. when I diagnose it by the computer I have two codes p1118 and p1122 .I have checked the battery, it has a full charge, but my problem is there is no ready light, and when I press the brake and hold the power button , it doesn't start or even try to turn over only the radio turn on. I have checked all fuses, but can't figure out what else to check. I'm sure I have left out some info, but if someone could help, I would appreciate it.

Have you checked the fuses in the main relay/fuse box near the inverter, as well as the fuse box under the instrument panel (near where your left knee would be when you are sitting in the driver's seat)?

Do any error icons appear on the MFD?

Besides the radio turning on, can you get to the point where all of the warning lights in the dashboard turn on?

DTC P1118 and P1122 both relate to the coolant heat recovery system. P1118 means there is an open circuit in the CHS tank outlet temperature sensor circuit, while P1122 means that the water valve (which routes coolant to the storage tank) position sensor voltage is low. Its not surprising that you have these codes since you didn't replace the coolant storage tank.

Both of the above two DTC are produced by the engine ECU. Your car must have additional DTC which your scanner is not picking up.

So you'll have to have your car scanned by a Toyota dealer to find out what you are missing, or else invest in this:
    OE-Level Coverage (Enhanced Interfaces)

    Hi Andy,

Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time year-round, so it is currently 1 hour ahead of CA. Once Daylight Savings Time starts, AZ is on the same time as CA.

OK, since the warning lights are on, that shows you can get the car to IG-ON.

You need to have the DTC read.
Yes, but I hope you've connected the plumbing so that engine coolant will be able to circulate (assuming you manage to eventually get the car to start.)

Please see my post #7 above: "You need to have the DTC read", instead of you taking random shots into the darkness.

Your problem is serious, if the hybrid vehicle icon is on, and MG1 won't even spin the gasoline engine.

Forget the throttle body, that is not your current problem if the engine won't even spin.

Regarding the orange interlock plug in the traction battery case, the handle needs to be swung 90 degrees and then it has to be slid (either up or down, I forget which) in order to lock in place.
